Tuesday Tip

Orange and Spice and everything nice tea 🙂

Here is another cozy and comfy autumn beverage for you! Not only does it taste AMAZING, it is also highly beneficial for your wellness and overall immunity. Thieves oil blend has cinnamon, cloves, rosemary, lemon (all the things that are like little soldiers on guard protecting your body), and orange tea is loaded with antioxidants to protect you.

  • Grab any tea of choice (we like Earl Grey or Oolong in our family).
  • Sweeten it with local raw honey.
  • Add 1 drop of thieves vitality blend and 1 drop of orange vitality oil per 16 oz cup (Yes, you only need that little to have big results!)
  • Grab a book, a blanket, and rest!

This tea is also soothing for dry throats and feels like a nice warm hug.

*Another idea to support your digestive system is to add a drop of ginger vitality oil to the mix. DELISH!

Cheers to your hug in the cup!

Much love,
