Picky Eater Fruit Salad
A fruit salsa for your pickiest eater!
This fruit salsa is my go to for all occasions! I have a friend whose daughter is extremely picky and turns down many dishes with fresh produce. I brought this fruit salsa to our get together, she kept eating it and finally asked, “Why is this so good, like better than usual stuff???” I had a little secret ingredient!
Super easy, budget friendly, doesn’t take a long time, feeds a crowd = we have a winner!
Fruit salsa recipe :
1-2 Granny Smith apples
1 pint of fresh strawberries
If I have red grapes on hand, I add those as well (optional )
Chop the fruit into small chunks
Add 1-2 drops of any Citrus Vitality Essential Oils (I really enjoy Jade Lemon, Citrus Fresh, Lemon, Lime, and Orange . You can pick just a few or whatever you have on hand!) I mix the oils in a 1/2 cup of water and just pour over the chopped fruit.
I typically serve it with Cinnamon chips, like Stacy’s pita chips (or you can bake your own Tortilla sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar until light brown) .
Take this to your next church gathering or an office party. You will be famous!
